Tracking and analytics
We do not use Google Analytics, Matomo, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or behavioural tracking tool. No data about your visit is collected or processed by us for measurement or marketing purposes.
Third-party cookies — affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one of these links, you leave traveldatakit.com and arrive on a third-party provider's website. Those providers may set cookies on your device in accordance with their own cookie policies and consent mechanisms.
We have no control over the cookies set by third-party sites. The affiliate tracking that allows us to receive a commission works through a redirect link — no cookie is set on your device by us at the moment of the click. Any cookie set after you arrive on the provider's site is governed entirely by that provider's privacy and cookie policy. Server logs
Our hosting provider (o2switch, France) automatically generates server access logs as part of normal infrastructure operation. These logs record IP addresses and page requests for security purposes. They are not cookies and are not set on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Why there is no consent banner
Under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, a cookie consent banner is only required when a site stores or accesses information on a user's device — typically through cookies or similar technologies. Since Travel Data Kit sets no cookies and uses no client-side tracking, no banner is required and none is displayed.
