Travel Data Kit (traveldatakit.com) is operated by Youcam Ltd, a company registered in Malta, Level 5, St. Julians Business Centre, Elia Zammit Street, St. Julians STJ 3153, Malta. Youcam Ltd is the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect — and what we do not
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, tracking scripts or third-party cookies. We do not collect your name, email address, location or any other personal data through the website.
Server logs
The server hosting Travel Data Kit automatically records standard access logs. These logs may contain: the IP address of the visitor's device, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the browser type and operating system. These logs are generated and stored by our hosting provider, o2switch (France), as part of normal server operation. We do not use these logs to identify individuals. They are not transferred to us. They are retained for a limited period in accordance with o2switch's standard retention policy. We have no direct access to or control over this data beyond what o2switch's infrastructure automatically generates.
Cookies
Travel Data Kit does not set any cookies on your device. We do not use session cookies, analytics cookies, advertising cookies or any other form of browser storage.
When you click an affiliate link on this site and visit a third-party provider's website, that provider may set cookies on your device in accordance with their own privacy policy. We have no control over third-party cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Affiliate links and third parties
Some links on this site are affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to a third-party provider's website. We have no access to the data you provide to those providers, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We do not receive personal data from affiliate providers as part of our commission arrangements — we receive only aggregated or anonymised conversion data (e.g. a click was converted to a purchase) through affiliate dashboards, without any identifying information about the visitor.
Legal basis for processing
The only data processing that occurs in connection with this website is the automatic generation of server logs by our hosting provider. This processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the hosting provider in maintaining the security and operational integrity of its infrastructure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not carry out any further personal data processing on our own behalf.
Data transfers
Server logs generated by o2switch are stored on servers located in France (EU). No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area by us or, to our knowledge, by our hosting provider in connection with this website.
