Kingstown (Saint Vincent) and main coastal roads have good 4G. Bequia (Port Elizabeth) has reasonable coverage. Mustique has basic signal at the main village. The Tobago Cays (uninhabited national marine park, filming location for Pirates of the Caribbean) have no mobile coverage. Mayreau, Union Island and Canouan have basic coverage in main towns.

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has two mobile operators: Digicel (market leader, ~98% population coverage) and Flow (the incumbent). Both run 4G/LTE across mainland Saint Vincent and the inhabited Grenadines; 5G is not commercially available. Coverage is not uniform: Flow tends to have the edge around Kingstown and the Villa/Indian Bay tourist strip, while Digicel is often stronger on Bequia and Union Island — which matters if you're island-hopping.
Both networks weaken on the smaller cays (Mayreau and the lesser islands), with dead zones on the windward coast and the La Soufrière interior — locals often carry both SIMs. On this page, Airalo and aloSIM route via Digicel (Airalo also via Flow); Saily and Yesim do not name their local carrier; coverage piggybacks on the same Flow or Digicel towers either way, so verify the specific Grenadine islands on your itinerary before relying on any single plan.
