Field tip — Crown Dependency — EU RLAH does not apply

Jersey is not part of the EU or EEA. Most EU carriers and some UK carriers charge roaming fees in Jersey. A travel eSIM with Channel Islands coverage is almost always cheaper than EU or international carrier roaming rates.

Field tip — Jersey is compact; coverage is strong island-wide including coastal cliff paths

4G coverage is strong throughout Jersey, including the north coast cliff paths, St Helier and all main beaches. The island's compactness (116 km²) means signal is generally reliable everywhere accessible by road. Download offline maps before coastal cliff walks where paths can be remote.
