Network coverage in Saint-Barthélemy

Saint-Barthélemy has four mobile operators: Orange Caraïbe (market leader, #1 on all 26 ARCEP quality criteria in 2025), SFR Caraïbe, Dauphin Telecom (local, covers both Saint-Barth and Saint-Martin), and Digicel (operates across Saint-Barth and Saint-Martin with free inter-island roaming). Orange launched 5G in Gustavia and Saint-Jean in 2023. The island is small (~25 km²) with good 4G coverage across populated areas; offshore waters and Colombier (boat-access only) are outside reliable range.
