Victoria (Mahé), Beau Vallon and all main Mahé areas have good 4G. Praslin (Vallée de Mai, Anse Lazio) has solid coverage. La Digue has basic 4G in La Passe village. The outer coral islands — Alphonse, Desroches, Farquhar, Bird Island and Aldabra Atoll (UNESCO) — have no mobile coverage. Remote lodge stays rely entirely on satellite Wi-Fi.
Vallée de Mai (Praslin) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site — the only place in the world where the coco de mer palm grows wild. Signal is available at the car park and visitor centre. Download offline endemic bird identification guides before visiting — the Seychelles black parrot and other endemics are the main draw.

Seychelles has two mobile operators: Airtel Seychelles and Cable & Wireless Seychelles (CWS). For the main tourist itinerary — Mahé (Victoria, Beau Vallon, the airport area), Praslin (Anse Lazio, Vallée de Mai), La Digue — both provide reliable 4G coverage. CWS has commercial 5G on parts of Mahé; 4G is the standard experience across the inner islands.
Coverage follows population: excellent on the inner islands, limited or absent on outer islands (Aldabra, Cosmoledo and similar remote atolls). If your itinerary includes a live-aboard or an outer-island visit, plan for no signal. On this page, Airalo, aloSIM and Saily all route via Airtel Seychelles — the operator with the slightly wider coverage footprint — so all three perform similarly across the inner islands.
